"Graze Craze is The Charcuterie Solution! If you want quality charcuterie for any occasion, Graze Craze at 1164 Bishop St Suite 120 in Honolulu is the place to get it. I was there for their grand opening, and the large board which they had prepared contained a great selection of quality meats, cheeses, dips (jellies, hummus, tzatziki dips, cream cheeses, butters), crackers, fruits and vegetables. Every single item on there was fresh, flavorful, and addictive. I had to remind myself several times that I wasn’t the only one there, and that I had to share. I seriously could not decide which item I liked the most, and loved trying different combinations. They have numerous sizes to meet every single charcuterie need that you can think of, from boards (large, medium, & small), to boxes, to share-sized and individual cups for a grab-and-go lunch or snack. And even better: you can customize any of them any way you want, to include vegetarian options. They are also totally in tune to adjust menu options to accommodate for food allergies, to include: gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, and they have space on their ordering form to identify any other allergies which might be less known. The owners Gwen & Jordan will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Holiday party? Office party? Family event? Date night decadence? Quick grab-and-go lunch on your meal break at work?
