FAQs
How much charcuterie do I need per wedding guest?
It depends on whether the board is an appetizer or the main attraction. As a rule of thumb, plan 5.5oz per guest for cocktail hour. Your local team will size the spread to your headcount and the way you plan to serve it.
Do you set up grazing tables at the venue?
Yes. Grazing tables are built and styled on site, so they look made for the room.
Can you work with our wedding planner or venue?
Of course. Bring them into the quote conversation and we will coordinate timing, delivery access, and setup directly.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks out, and earlier for peak-season dates. The good dates go quickly.
