  • How many guests does a grazing table serve?

    Tables can scale from 20 to several hundred guests. Your quote will size the spread around your headcount and whether it is the meal, the opening act, or the main attraction.

  • Do you provide the table and styling props?

    Decorative eucalyptus, glassware, and other styling elements are available. Call your local shop for more details! Table and linen requirements vary by shop and venue, and your quote will covert the details.

  • How long does setup take?

    For grazing displays, our team arrives 1-2 hours before the event, so the food stays at optimal temperature. For elaborate grazing tables, the time may vary.

  • How long can a grazing table sit out?

    We build every table and display with food safety in mind, transporting your food at the proper, chilled temperature. We’ll advise you on the right serving timeline for your event. (Meats and cheeses shouldn’t sit out longer than 4 hours outside of the 41-degree F chilled temperature.)
